Six pillars of audio-visual production.
Audio. Video. Lighting. Staging. Creative. Event production. Each pillar can stand alone for a venue that already has a partial team — or together, as full-service production, for clients who would rather hand the technical scope to one room.

01 — Audio
Sound that disappears, then carries the room.
From a single lectern microphone to a full corporate general session, audio is the first thing a guest notices when it's wrong — and the last thing they should think about when it's right.
We design systems around the geometry of the room: speaker coverage modeled for the seating plan, gain structure set before doors open, wireless coordinated across the available RF spectrum. Front-of-house mixing is run by a dedicated engineer, not left to the venue.
Capabilities
- Front-of-house mixing and live engineering
- Line array, point-source, and distributed speaker systems
- Wireless microphones, in-ear monitors (IEMs), and RF coordination
- Lectern and podium audio, panel microphones, conference DSP
- DJ and band backline, playback, click tracks
- Audio recording, broadcast feeds, and assistive listening

02 — Video
Image, sized to the room.
Video isn't a screen on a wall. It's the visual scale of an event — the LED wall behind the keynote, the IMAG feed at the back of a thousand-seat hall, the livestream that carries the moment beyond the room.
We design and operate video systems end to end: cameras, switching, projection, LED, signal routing, and recording. Content is treated with the same care as the hardware — color, contrast, and motion calibrated for the room and the camera, not the laptop it was built on.
Capabilities
- LED video walls (indoor and outdoor) and seamless projection
- Multi-camera capture, IMAG, and live switching
- Livestream production and broadcast-grade encoding
- Confidence monitors, presenter timers, and stage cueing
- Content prep, presentation playback, and ProPresenter operation
- Recording, ISO captures, and post-event deliverables

03 — Lighting
The room, redrawn in light.
Lighting is what a guest feels before they read the program. It sets the temperature of a room, separates the stage from the audience, and tells the eye where to go.
We design lighting that is intentional, not decorative — every fixture chosen for a reason, every cue programmed for a moment. Intelligent fixtures, conventional washes, theatrical specials, and architectural color all on a single console, programmed and run by a dedicated operator.
Capabilities
- Stage lighting design and console programming
- Intelligent moving heads, LED PARs, and theatrical fixtures
- Architectural and uplighting in venue colors
- Truss, totems, and free-standing rigging
- Atmospheric effects: haze, low-fog, follow spots
- On-site dimming, power distribution, and rigging

04 — Staging
The platform everything else stands on.
A stage is structural — a frame the rest of the production hangs from. It needs to be the right height for the sightlines, the right size for the talent, the right finish for the brand, and engineered to hold what's rigged above it.
We build stage decks, truss systems, drape lines, and scenic elements with a rigging-led approach: load calculations, sightline studies, and venue surveys before the trucks ever load out. The end result reads as architecture, not equipment.
Capabilities
- Modular stage decks, risers, and platforms
- Truss systems, ground support, and motor rigging
- Pipe-and-drape, scenic backdrops, and soft goods
- Custom scenic builds and branded set elements
- Sightline studies and seating-plan integration
- Load calculations and rigging plots stamped where required

05 — Creative
Drawn first, built once.
Before any truck rolls, the show is drawn — stage plots, lighting plans, rendered venue mock-ups, and run-of-show documents. The earlier a problem is solved on paper, the cheaper and quieter it stays.
Our creative work is in service of the production, not the portfolio. Renders, room layouts, lighting cues, and content templates are all developed in collaboration with the client and the venue, and signed off before load-in.
Capabilities
- Stage plots, lighting plots, and rigging drawings
- Photoreal 3D venue renders for client and venue sign-off
- Content design: lower thirds, presentation templates, motion loops
- Run-of-show, cue sheets, and show flow documents
- Brand integration: color, typography, and motion alignment
- Pre-production meetings and site walkthroughs

06 — Event Production
One team, one schedule, one point of contact.
Full-service production means a single team plans, designs, installs, runs, and strikes the show. One schedule, one budget, one phone number — not six vendors and a shared calendar.
We project-manage the entire technical scope of an event: venue coordination, labor, logistics, load-in and load-out, show calling, and post-event close-out. Our role on-site is to make sure nothing reaches the client that they need to solve.
Capabilities
- Technical producing and project management
- Venue coordination, permits, and house-crew interface
- Labor sourcing, scheduling, and on-site supervision
- Logistics, trucking, and load-in / load-out planning
- Show calling and live event direction
- Budgeting, billing, and post-event reconciliation
