A two-day industry summit, scaled to fit the room.

A regional trade association brought 600 members together for a general session, eight breakouts, and an evening reception in a working distillery.

Goal

Deliver a single, cohesive production across three rooms — a 600-seat general session, eight breakout spaces, and an off-site evening reception — without the audio, video, and lighting in any room feeling like it was handed to a different vendor.

Solution

We designed one show file across all rooms: a wide LED wall and broadcast-grade audio for the general session, a smaller portable kit per breakout with shared content templates, and a string-light and uplighting design for the rickhouse reception. A single project manager held the schedule across both venues.

Our role

Technical producer for the entire summit. We designed, installed, programmed, ran, and struck the show — including labor, trucking, content prep, and run-of-show.

From the room

  • A keynote speaker at a sleek lectern silhouetted against a wide warm-gradient LED wall in a darkened ballroom
  • A breakout panel of four speakers seated on a low platform with warm spotlights, an attentive audience in soft focus
  • An evening corporate reception in a distillery rickhouse with warm bistro lights overhead and guests around cocktail tables
