Wedding

A horse-country wedding, lit for the long evening.

An outdoor ceremony at golden hour, a clear-top tent reception for 220, and a live band first dance — designed as one continuous evening, not three separate setups.

The interior of a clear-top wedding tent at dusk, long tables set with white linen and candles, warm bistro lights overhead

Goal

Carry one warm, low-key visual tone from a golden-hour outdoor ceremony, through cocktail hour, into a tented reception and live-band first dance — with audio that works equally well for vows, a string trio, toasts, and a five-piece band.

Solution

We hung a clear-top tent for the reception, layered bistro lights with warm pin-spots on each table, and uplit the surrounding trees. A line-array system covered the ceremony lawn; a separate band rig and dance-floor lighting were prebuilt before guests sat down for dinner. Cue-by-cue lighting transitions matched the run-of-show.

Our role

Full production: tent and rigging, ceremony and reception audio, lighting design, dance floor, band support, and on-site management from load-in to strike.

  • The interior of a clear-top wedding tent at dusk, long tables set with white linen and candles, warm bistro lights overhead
  • A first-dance moment under a wedding tent, a couple silhouetted by a single warm pin-spot, a small band on a low riser
